Role Overview: Tamayyaz - Swiss Service Agent
Accor is seeking a Tamayyaz - Swiss Service Agent to join the team at Swissôtel Al Maqam in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals. The role is focused on delivering exceptional guest service and support within a dynamic hotel environment, reporting directly to the Assistant Swiss Service Manager.

Swissôtel Al Maqam is a distinguished property within the Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts group, known for its commitment to perfection. As the second Swissôtel hotel in Saudi Arabia, it offers 1624 elegant rooms and suites with modern design that complements contemporary Arab culture. Located within the prestigious Abraj Al Bait complex, this five-star hotel is situated near the holy Masjid Al Haraam, providing views of the Ka’aba and the Grand Mosque. The property is part of a new urban development that includes two restaurants, an executive lounge, two meeting rooms, a business centre, and private entrances for convenient guest access to Al Masjid Al Haram.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate action and dispatch solutions for all guest concerns.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all actions, completing them within quoted timeframes.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to efficiently meet guest needs.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Operate in a non-supervised environment, taking ownership of independent decisions made in the best interest of the guest.
- Contribute to a team environment by assisting co-workers in all call center-related departments, ensuring detailed recording of each guest issue.
- Manage all wakeup call requests 24/7.
- Handle the main hotel Fax operations 24/7.
- Manage emergency calls and contact the hotel doctor when necessary, 24/7.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Previous experience as a Telephone Operator is considered an asset.
- Experience required: 0-1 years.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
